Yay!!!
It’s almost 2010 guys!!! I’m excited for the new year! So my new year’s resolution for 2010 is to live healthy throughout the year AND the other years to come.
So that mean…
Working out for at least 30 mins everday
Reduce food in take
No junk foods and carbonated drinks
Cutting down on the rice!
Okay the last one might be a little hard, but that’s okay…
